It is that time of year again. The snow is melting, the sun is shining, and our heating bills are getting smaller. The time has arrived to get ready for the annual Golf Outing! You do not want to miss any part of this action packed, fun filled, warming to the heart charity event!

All Sponsorships are tax deductible! Please try to complete and return a sponsorship form no later than June 19th, 2009

There are two available spots for this sponsorship at $250.00 each.

Breakfast Sponsorship:
Includes:

Your business name on a 20''x 24'' sign inside the clubhouse where breakfast takes place.

There are two of these Sponsorships available at $150.00 each.

Tee/Green Sponsorship:
Includes:

Your business name on a 20''x 24'' sign at a hole of our choice.

There are 36 of these sponsorships available for $125.00 each

Contest Sponsorship:
Includes:

Your business name on a 20'' x24'' sign at the contest hole.

There are 4 of these sponsorships available at $ 75.00 each.

Printing Sponsorship:

Your business name on a 20''x24'' sign near the clubhouse entrance

Golfer Information:

We are accepting single golfers as well as teams of 4! So if you do not have enough players to make a team feel free to register as a single player, and we can match you up with a team!

The fee per player or team includes 18 holes of golf with a cart, all hole contests, and an all day barbeque!

Single Golfer fee- $65.00 Team of 4 fee- $265.00
