The holiday season is almost here. This can be a tough time of the year for families that Housing Services for Eaton County (HSEC) serves. Families that are enrolled in the Extended Services Program at HSEC are transitioning into permanent housing after being homeless. They are trying to get their lives safe and secure once again. At the same time, they would love to get their children something nice for the Holiday. Most of them struggle with finding the money needed to do a little something for their children. At the time of transition the families barely make enough money to pay the necessary bills, which leaves no money for gifts.
